The “General Treatment” will provide control of general crawling and flying pests such as cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, bed bugs, thatch mites, fleas, flies etc. However, please note that “General Treatment” is a broad control and targeted treatments for specific pest infestations may need to be quoted for separately, unless the targeted treatment is listed in this proposal or the detailed quote as a “targeted” listing.

The application of the poison is applied with the use of hand pumps, gel bait guns, dusters, mist blowers and thermal foggers — depending on the PCO’s discretion and the application needed.

Please note that there is no guarantee for areas that are exposed to the natural elements such as rain, sun, wind, etc. as these can very quickly degrade the chemical structure of insecticides; however, we will use formulations and synergists to provide a residual that lasts as long as possible.

The service does not provide control measures for bats, moles, termites and bees. We will inspect and report on any problems as they relate to these, but control measures for these would need to be quoted separately.

If rodent bait stations are installed by The Exterminator Pest Control Services (“TEPC”), these remain the property of TEPC.
